Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping (UK Orders Over £50)

We provide complimentary standard shipping on all United Kingdom orders exceeding £50. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Standard Shipping 

For orders under £50, a flat shipping rate of £5.99 applies. These orders follow the same processing and delivery timelines: 1–2 business days for processing and 3–5 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for destinations outside the UK are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. International orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs clearance may extend delivery times, and any import duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Express Shipping (UK Only)

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PKT are processed the same day; otherwise, they ship the next business day. Express deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing & Tracking

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@khaalis.co.uk. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Khaalis is not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing.
